Shipping & Packaging: Completely dry out all filters prior to packaging. UPS, FedEx and the US Postal System (USPS) will not ship a box that is wet or contains wet contents. Place your PACKING SLIP inside the box with the dry filters. Place your Order Number on the outside of the box. Shipments that do not have the order number on the outside of the box will be refused at our dock and returned to you.

We will not sell or provide your information to third parties for advertising or solicitation for an reason. Information is only shared with business partners, such as UPS, charge card processors or suppliers required in the fulfillment of your order. Ordering: Place your order online. You will receive access to download your packing slip to place in your package. You will also get the information that MUST be placed on the outside of your package.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Volume discounts are available for most items. Coupon code promotions may be offered on select items. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Viewing Orders: We have made it very simple to view your past orders. Simply login to your account and all of your previous orders are shown. You can reorder very easily, or you can change your account info, such as your billing address.
Updating Account Information: Our online store makes it very easy to update your account information and review previous orders. Simply logon to your account control panel.
